QUESTION just a question about allowed usage

hey folks,

i found that nice cms and im really interested in using it!
I have just a short question about the terms to use it:

Am i allowed to build up my customers website with this --> commercial use?
I dont want to sell the CMS but want to realize commercial works with it. I build up a template, set the cms up on customers webspace and learn him how to use it.

This is getsimple cms not simple cms...

But yes this is open source, meaning that you can do anything you want for the most part.
