The only way to get an "assembly" of these components is to put them all together. Get Simple is no different to other CMSs, in that it has a limited core and a number of optional plugins that are provided seperately.
If you've tried putting these components together and they don't work for you, it would be better to find out what it going wrong. It is most likely that you are having problems with file permissions or server limitations - in which case, no matter how you add the components to your webspace, you'll still have the problems.
We can't help you very much if all we know is "it doesn't work". Can you describe what you've done so far, and be specific about how it is not working, for example, are you seeing any error messages?
