Could a plugin be developed that is similar to a Joomla plugin that I came across?
It basically displays a warning if your browser is outdated, along with a suggestion to update your current browser or install a different one that meets the site requirements.
The developer sets in the backend the minimum version numbers for each browser.

I think this can also be done via a component, since I asume it doesn't have to have a lot to configure.
For example use the code on this site:

And... I did it, got all excited, and never uploaded it to Extend. Whoops! I'll do it as soon as I am on my laptop next.

For now it's just supporting IE old versions, IE9 or below will trigger the message.

Future versions will have customization options and support other browsers besides IE.

Well ... my requested IE plugin that Shovenose developed, has disappeared!
Please could someone assist - fed up with IE and older browsers not displaying how the sites should.
I know there are some clever developers out there!
