Simple Polls Plugin (Square It)
#26
Was anyone successful with launching CF Polling v0.9 in GS ?
I'm stuck with finding out how to change in public function poll_html($show) how the link to the poll is generating, because the poll reloads itself and opens index page.
Of course it doesn't accept votes :\

To be honest Zoki Poll was way easier to launch in GS than CF Polling script.
It's about uploading the files into right place, setting 2 paths in config file, pasting the core code into template, and choosing the right css (there are basically 2 color schemes, with 4 available displays). Last thing to do is to set up a file for poll, containing question, and answers.
Every file has its own ID, thus it's possible to switch the polls or bring back the old ones without problems.

I haven't succeeded in forcing CF polling script to work, although it seemed way simplier.

ps. the simplest solution bases on flat files, and browser cookies.
ATM I don't have the time to mess with mysql version, but since it's all about simplicity, it doesn't matter.

edit: as soon as I end up creating latest webpage with this poll, I'll post a link to it.
