QUESTION Replace word with a HTML element?

So I have a GetSimple website with quite a lot of pages that contain numerous abbreviations and names. I was thinking of changing them into links directing to pages explaining them, but doing this by hand is quite tedious. Any ideas or solutions to my problem how to automate this process, so every "ABC" would be replaced with "ABC"? Good if it was possible to have it automatically run with adding a new page, so all links are added on the fly with every page save.
