...Some sections have not yet been filled, but the site is now operational.

Why do you use the Cached Navigation plugin? I18N's navigation is already cached.
You can also create a site map using the I18N plugin.

navi is good, and accessible; content well formatted
But top header begs for a bit more work. Phones doesn't need to be shown as img. You can easily achieve quite nice effects with ccs3. And it would be more impressive if header would be designed to have something in common with computer service. Binary code in background makes me think, it's a low lvl programming service

Thank you for your advice! I will apply them in the future.
At the moment I'm not quite good at design issues. And my knowledge of CSS is not sufficient for quality implementation of how we would like to do it now.
