i can find a little trip useful for many People

you can config GetSimple on your localhost and different ip or any host. you can use one GetSimple

unzip GeSimple and rename for use exsample. GetSimple ---> myweb
and install wizard. ----> to finish.

Now you can. change http://localhost/myweb

http://localhost/myweb/admin -------> Setting

Website Base URL:
http://localhost/myweb/

you can change to:

/myweb/

and save it.

you can copy and paste (or backup to Another) use another Host or any IP

Now! you can run website is etc.

http://192.168.1.1/myweb

http://61.24.35.101/myweb

or Any IP

( My Testing is Work on Any IP and Any Hosting)

I hope that it would be useful for some people.

NOTE: Don't for get chmod 777 same Files and Floder on installation wizard

Hmmm...isn't it more a tip, instead of trip ?
I don't get the point exactly, but are you trying to say, that you can build locally whole website using GS, and then just upload it to another location ?

Everything you say is quite ok, but if somebody will upload whole content to a nested directory (not root). chaning base url won't do the work.
Some paths will have to be changed inside files.
