As to newsletter, one of best free tools I worked with is poMMo. Its simple and quite powerfull. It was abandoned few years ago by the oryginal creator (www.pommo.org), but now is being continued as separate project on github: https://github.com/soonick/poMMo

Facebook and Twitter can be integrated - facebook posts can automatically be posted on twitter (or the other way around).

If you could create separate RSS feed for some announcement thread, then you need only something like this: https://zapier.com/zapbook/rss/facebook-...book-page/ (not test, just found it)
