Search plugin (I18N)

1. I created a page in the editor with slug 'search'
2. I put the code in the sidebar

3. URL of the page with sidebar is as follows

That should be fine - as long as you use a western l and not the crossed polish one in "slug" ;-)
I don't see what the problem might be :-(
