Can I give a suggestion? The "comments" header should only be displayed if there is actually any comments . I love this plugin, apart from that, so thanks! Also (if you like) you can put the submit button in a div element, so it gets displayed below the message area. Scroll down to line 246 and you'll see this:
To make it show below the textarea change it to this:
