I added the forked version 1.9.0 by maaf to the plugins guide

Bug report:
It shows "Unable to load XML file!" when my Username is "haha.admin", after I change my Username to "haadmin",it's fix!

Found a bug.
The admin has a username that is an email address, like "em@il.com"
After installing the plugin I get a blank page with "Unable to load XML file!" and can not do anything else but re-install.

This plugin seems broken in Jan 2021. My one new user just gets a white screen, which is trying to update itself - locks up.

I assume it is no longer supported, despite being in the official manual - is that right?

HI,
something is not logical to me within this plugin,
if I disable 'theme' then Components are disabled too.
I do want a simple user (that is not an admin) to be able to edit Components but not to enter editing Theme.

Trying it out on 3.3.16 and 3.4 versions.
