Can't install

Hi,
when I run installation (Newest 3.1.2) -- only blank screen no errors. I think maybe there is problems with server configurations but can't find what is wrong with them. Link to phpinfo file ( http://ej.uz/j1o7 ). I would be thankful for any help...
