szili,

just a shot in the dark: have you gotten yourself a Google Maps API key? If not, the map won't be loaded. Edit: seems the plugin doesn't need a key.

More info from you would be helpful, since we can't know what data you actually filled in... maybe attach a screenshot of the respective, filled-in, plugin forms?
