Versions upgrade + ftp server access

Sorry for selecting a wrong forum level for this topic: We have to upgrade from version 3.1.2. to 3.3.4. Do we have to install all versions in between before?

Me prerunners have forgotten the ftp server address and password. What can I do?

It is not necessary to install all the other versions, you can go directly to v.3.3.4. You should make a backup of the existing site before starting work.
