Getting a config(show?) page for a plugin

Is the code in http://get-simple.info/wiki/plugins:creation still up to date?

I'm trying to work through my first plugin. I've actually got most of the functionality in, but I can't seem to figure out the _show function. It looks like that should create a tab on the admin, but I'm gettin nothing.

I'm running r525.

Just to be sure, I ripped the code out of that wiki page and pasted it in again, and no, no _show menu.

What gives?

I updated the wiki page. Basically you need to add a createSideMenu action.
