2 menu

Hello, i`m using getsimple for a two day, and I have a problem:
I want have two menu at my web site, for a example topmenu and rigthmenu(as is on a screenshot).

And for second I want to have chance when I add new page choose where the must be show(topmenu or right) and also to edit(for example move page from topmenu to right).
Thank you in advance
PS i`m not a programmer, if some of you have any ideas or propose please set its max cleary that I can understand

Thx for a quick answer but i still dont understand how to create a new menu. There are no options to add menu(like right menu), all page what i add show on the top menuю
PS please explain as simply as possibl
