2. Type %slug% in Custom permalink Structure field - NO
3. Add in .htaccess this line - RewriteRule ([A-Za-z0-9-]+).html index.php?id=$1 [QSA,L] - NO

you need :

1. Use Fancy URLs CHECK
2. Add in Custom Permalink Structure this code.

%slug%.html

That is it.
