Lunacy is a great find, thanks ! It says 10x faster than XD, WoW.
How do you export Lunacy designs to html ?

In professional settings it's usually either XD or Sketch/Zeplin. Or Azure RP.
I use Diagrams.net desktop (formerly draw.io) & inkscape

Hi to all,

Have been googling around and yes it seems that those editors have no, or limited export to html.
Seems that the best way is to export the graphics only and manually make your own html.

For those who use Photoshop I found this interesting and free extension to speed up
the export work: cut&slice

The original cutandslice website is down and this extension was hard to find.
For anyone who is interested, I have uploaded this extension here:
http://itemmanager.showme.zone/CutAndSliceMe.zxp

If you need an old version photoshop extension manager, you can find them here:
https://www.adobe.com/exchange/em_downlo...nload.html

Here is a very good explanation about how to use this cut&slice extension:

Hi guys!

Felix, I have not encountered such a tool that will export the project well to an html file. Most of them do this using absolute positions on all divs. Personally, I use Lunacy. I can do many things very quickly (cutting the whole project in one go in a few clicks).
I have a comparison because so far I have used tools such as Photoshop, Invision studio, Figma, Affinity photo, designer etc. Photoshop is a tool in which it is difficult to control a large project with many elements. In Lunacy, I am able to prepare a project 2 times faster than in Photoshop.

Design teams in companies such as Google, Apple, Facebook have moved from Photoshop to Sketch. If you don't have OSX and use Windows, the only free program that is fully compatible with Sketch and works almost the same is Lunacy.

The sketch format can also be opened in Figma, Invision or converted to XD (Avocode), but then these programs finally save the file in its own format.

Finally, I will add that Lunacy is already planned to add (in the next updates) the possibility of exporting the project to html. Something similar like this -> https://launchpad.animaapp.com/?utm_medi...ent=export

Best regards!

Hi vixrealitum,

Thanks for stepping in and sharing your experience. Personally, I still am in love with Photoshop
because of it's amazing potential and because of all the plugins and extensions that are available
for photoshop to create great looking graphics and designs. But you convinced me to try Lunacy
and check out the difference in saving time.

It's a great software. I'm a developer, never have I done design. But since I'm now getting into the freelancer market I will need to do some mock-ups myself.
