Adding php code to pages

Testing this days plugin I'm working on I see that. If you leave empty meta description for page, and you add some php code to page. That code output is showing as page meta description. I solve that catching global metad and setting as site name.

I'm using latest 3.11 GetSimple.

Also there are issue with input check boxes. It could be that is problem with mine testing server.

I have settings page that is saved as xml file. When I access to settings page I get data from xml file and set checkboxes to checked="checked" or checked="yes" or checked. But no use. Same problem with all check boxes on all GetSimple installations.
