And I want to know can i have blogging function in my new template.
if we can create blogging function in GetSimple how to set up it

Please look into the Wiki (http://get-simple.info/wiki/plugins:guide) and search Extend.

There are several blogging plugins for GetSimple. The easiest ones are News Manager and GS Blog. See:
http://get-simple.info/wiki/plugins:guide#blog_news

Please install GS-Blog from Extend, then in settings of it, choose which page you wish to be a blog.
